You just entered a web page regarding hope and the future. We invite you to learn about the work that 2150 children have been doing since February, 2006. In the central mountain range of the Andes in Colombia, at the heart of an exuberant nature with fertile soil is the town of Concordia. The coffee groves and the coffee represent an important predilection for Colombians around the world while creating a culture of tradition, customs and history in her production zones. The municipality of Concordia is among the top five centers for coffee production in Colombia. Sixty percent of total production for the area is grown by small farmers that have a small portion of land, from which they derive sustenance for their families as well. The children of these families and the children of day laborers who work for the large producers are those that with love and dedication carry out this special ecological mission, which we hope to be able to compensate and for which we need your support. We listen to the voices of these small children that say to us “I want to pass through the way of the coffee constructing my future with love and joys. Give us the leaves of your heart and we will smile together.” We invite you to help, “By the way of the coffee it arrives at the balcony of the southwest Antioquia, that opens the doors of the future to its children, in search of peace with the hope of the coffee.”
